Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and safely repackaged. Please contact us at temple@super3dprinter.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
📦 Important: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Unsolicited returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at temple@super3dprinter.comwith a description and photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
